About Natural Flow Golf

My coaching career started in the world of football, coaching elite young athletes at various academies, including The Steve Bruce Academy (Manchester United) and Indiana University Men’s Soccer, with a strong focus on fitness and technical excellence. But I quickly realised that the mental game was the missing piece. This sparked a deep passion for understanding the mind, leading me on a transformative journey into inner development and reshaping my approach to sports performance.

Today, I am the Mindset Coach at the JAGA Golf Academy in Thailand. I’m also a FlowCode Master Mental Coach and extremely privileged to be partnered with Dr Rick Sessinghaus – Colin Morikawa’s mental coach. My passion is helping golfers transform their mental game, shoot lower scores, and find more joy on the course. Combining state-of-the-art EEG neurofeedback technology and elite flow-state training, I help golfers sharpen their minds, unlock hidden potential, and find more rhythm in their game.

This isn’t just luck or chance – it happens because the brain is in a specific mental state, which causes all four elements of Natural Flow Golf to align. This flow state can be developed. We call this Flow State Training.

The subconscious mind’s habitual patterns and behaviours which must work in harmony with conscious intentions in order to unify the mind and unleash optimised performance – Natural Flow State.

Mindfulness

The practice of present-moment awareness, fostering clarity and calm by anchoring attention in the here and now, which lays the foundation for greater levels of mental harmony and optimal performance​​.

Abilitude

A combination of ability and attitude – the physical skills, techniques, and competencies that, when aligned with intention, belief, and mindfulness, unlock peak performance​​.
